The article gives brief analysis of foreign (Russian) regulatory documents (Concept of Moscow Integration into Information Society, Concept of «Strategy of St. Petersburg’s Transition to Information Society», Concept of the Federal Target Program «Informatization Development of Russia for the Period to 2010») and Law of Ukraine «Оn Basic Principles of Information Society Development in Ukraine for 2007–2015» in terms of their relevance for professional development of future teacher of physical training in education. It is mentioned that the important factor of a country movement towards information society is the extent of Internet acquisition by the population.

Abstract:
Word, sound, movement – we interact via these channels of communication. Rhetoric act cannot be considered separately from the body “language”. Human gesture doesn’t’ refer to the motion display, but to the language. You might say, it expands the idea via movement to someone else (partner, listener, audience). The same statement, accompanied with different gestures, can have opposite meaning. The special knowledge of body movements combination is called kinesics, its acquisition and application is the important means of linguistic personality formation.
