Learning in Mixed-aged Groups of Schoolchildren

Abstract:
The article reveals the results of studying Russian national experience and the research and development work of the author devoted to the organizing of learning in mixed-aged groups (MAG) of schoolchildren in different educational establishments, including small rural schools. The author explains the educational potential of such learning, studies the interaction mechanisms, the basic functions of schoolchildren’s learning in mixed-aged groups. To increase the efficiency of learning in a mixed-aged group some principles are recommended, such as the principles of the integration and differentiation of tasks, contents and methods of learning in a mixed-aged group of schoolchildren; the principle of the pedagogization of schoolchildren’s learning activity; the mutual learning principle; the principle of regulating schoolchildren’s interaction; the principle of schoolchildren age range optimality at a lesson in a mixed-aged group; the principles of flexibility, variability, diversity and dynamics. The article examines some concrete ways of these principles realization. The author introduces the ways of schoolchildren’s interaction at different stages of a lesson, and forms of schoolchildren’s joint learning activities in a mixed-aged group.

Abstract:
The article justifies the possibility and the necessity of complex approach to adolescents’ social dependences study and prevention, defines this phenomenon, reveals its essential features, presents author’s classification of adolescents’ social dependences by addiction features, describes standard scenarios and the mechanisms of their origin. The essence and principles of complex approach to adolescents’ social dependences prevention were described. Classification of the integrated pedagogical toolkits of prevention, developed by the key targets was made.

Modern trends of social development make steep demands to human capital, its competitive grow. Human resources management is one of the most important activity and economic society is in want of junior and mid-level managers. The article deals with the development and organizational issues of interconnected management of students’ preparation for management activity on the basis of updating interconnection between teacher’s control and student’s self-control. Thus, special attention is attached to the didactics and methodology of control and self-control relation in the context of step-by-step complication of professional formation of future specialists in terms of secondary vocational education.

Abstract:
The article deals with the approach to actual objective solution, concerned with the analysis and integral assessment of future teachers’ preparation for innovative activity. Integral assessment of students’ preparation for innovative activity should be formed in three major projections, distinguishing analysis units in typical relevant dependences and involve different sides of both educational process and innovative activity. The offered approach to integral assessment development is realized through the system of principles and is based on the model of analysis object, structure charts and basic constructs of diagnostic toolkit.
